It raises satisfaction and builds the team’s engagement
Only 15% of people around the world are satisfied with their work and are actively involved in it. At the same time, 70% of employees indicate that the leaders are responsible for the feeling of happiness.
Good relationships and wise, conscious leadership can provide a healthy, friendly atmosphere in the company. What do people expect from a leader?  Above all, he/she respects other people (63% of indications), builds a sense of influence and affiliation to an organization (61%), provides space to make mistakes and learn (58%), is open to new ideas and initiatives of employees (54%).
